Doc's Shop will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Most in-stock orders will be fulfilled and out the door within 2 business days. Once your products have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order (as long as one is available). Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays. Once your order ships it can take from 3 to 14 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address [US addresses]. Overseas orders will take considerably longer and vary according to country of destination. 1st Class International is a low-cost option that we offer for overseas customers. Because this particular service requires additional paperwork and MUST be presented at the post office, we ONLY mail out 1st Class International packages on Fridays, or the next available business day if Friday is not possible.
Shipment Refusal
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is undeliverable, we will contact you for redelivery once we have received the shipment back. If for some reason the shipment was mis-shipped by us, we will reship it at our expense. If the address it was shipped to was correct as provided, we will verify the address and notify you of the postage charges due to reship the package to you.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away [within 7 days of receiving your shipment]. We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or issue you a credit to your account. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service we will arrange for return of the additional quantity.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will work with you to get a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product.
